So, what is the heck about bakery?
As you guys know that my ambition is to open a bakery shop and cafe one day... and before i can open it i must start from small to the bigger...
What i try to say is, actually starting from last week on Tuesday i brought a plenty of small plastic bag containing sausage bread in it..it is like about 9 bag..i have think about this and i'm planning to sell this bun at my office... Talk about this make me remember for the first time i brought my lunchbox to office and give them try and you know what the bun was tougher as a stone...they need water to swallow it or else they will choked...haha...at the end i still force them to finished it...haha,
Why i dare to do this? Because my office mate told me that my bun was so delicious and people will like it..since we now can only went launch at 1,00 pm...so there will be people feel hungry and need to fill their stomach with some simple snacks...bun ok what?
Well for me, this is the first step to entering this such business as i want to be serious in it when the perfect time comes..so why don't i give it try?
Alhamdulillah, it get sold so soon as i put it on the pantry in the early morning until break time...at first i feel nervous whether people will buy or not since i don't know what they like but surprisingly they love it...so i'm feel so happy and this make me one to sell more and more... but the most importantly is my dough slowly get better time to time as it feel soft when we chew it...now they asked me to sell various kind of bun so that the costumer can make a choice as to fit with their taste...wish me good luck guys! I would love to expand my bun and share the sweetness of it with you guys. InsyaAllah one day !
